Practice plans and reviews
A Weekly Typing Review: Planning Your Next Improvement
Summarizes performance under similar conditions, repeated errors, and training completion to select the most important questions for the next week.
First check whether the plan has been implemented
There is no change in the results. It may be that the method is not suitable, or it may be that the content in the plan is not actually practiced. First look at which tasks were completed this week and which ones were skipped, and then discuss adjustments. Don’t judge an entire week by just your best or worst result.
Compare different tasks separately
Select several similar records according to language and mode, and observe the speed, accuracy and repeated errors. If more difficult articles are added this week, the drop in performance may be related to the change in difficulty and needs to be noted. Looking at trends using similar content is easier to understand than averaging all the numbers.
Only one main goal remains
After listing the problems to be solved, select the one that most affects the actual input. Prepare a special material and a new question verification for it, and keep the remaining questions temporarily. Too many goals make it easy to switch every practice, and in the end no one is fully observed.
Available templates this week
Write three sentences: What has become more stable this week; what is still recurring; how to verify a change next week. Schedule another retest date. The fifteen minutes are just to organize the examples. The focus is to produce a clear next step. There is no need to make complex reports for review.
