Can Keyboard Navigation Improve Your Editing Efficiency?
Check the Tab navigation with visible focus, and then practice a few common operations in the editor to avoid accidentally triggering submission.
Navigation speed is different from character speed
Moving from one control to another, selecting text and executing commands are operational efficiency. It may affect the total time spent working, but not simply the number of characters per minute. First look for tasks where you frequently move the mouse back and forth, and then decide whether it's worth learning the shortcuts.
Let’s first look at where the focus is
Press Tab on a page or test document without important data to observe the currently highlighted control. Do not press Enter continuously when you cannot see the focus, as it may activate a button or submit a form. The common reverse navigation behavior of Shift+Tab should also be verified in real environments.
Only learn one high-frequency action at a time
For example, search for a certain word in the document and then return to the original position; or select a short paragraph and modify it. Application shortcut keys may be different, please refer to their own description. Don't apply editor operations directly to typing tests; the test area may use different rules for input tasks.

Choose an editing task that is repeated every day, a more familiar mouse process and a simple keyboard process. Whether recording is easier to complete and whether misoperations occur.
